Southwest Muffler & Brake

Chris was incredibly rude and hung up in a very rude manner. I’ve been to SW Muffler & Brake at least three times and spent around $4,000. Every time I called, the experience was pleasant. However, Chris’s behavior definitely made me choose Edessa Auto instead. He also told me that since I had a 2024 BMW, I had to stop by for an hour for pricing. Are we literally wasting hours of our lives these days getting quotes? I value myself way too much to sit for an hour for a pricing. I can do many things in an hour. I’m currently driving to SW Cargo as I type this. I’m always doing something. Anyway, Chris, the fact that you thought you could be rude and there wasn’t a consequence is why I left this review. When you work for a company, you should reorder, represent yourself that way, and maintain a positive attitude. Not try to be sarcastically nice.

My Mom recently had her car worked on, here's her review: "Want to thank, McKinsey, Chris and Don for repairing AC on car, replacing evaporator core and expansion valve. Drove off all cool 😎, also cleaned battery cables, aired tires, with full inspection for car ! Had a nice surprise, when picked it up, was $467 less than what expected 😲, plus a lot less, than usual auto place, have gone to for years. I highly recommend them, SW Muffler and Brakes, Murphy Road, Houston, Texas. Thanks again, definitely five star, for fast turnaround service, keeping me up to date with detailed professional accurancy and friendliness, pointing out coffee, water area when first arrived." ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

These guys do good, trustworthy business. I went to them because I got a coupon for a cheap oil change in the mail and have been going to them ever since. They offer complimentary rides to/from their shop, which makes everything so much easier.

Southwest mufflers is one of the best car mechanic businesses in the southwest Houston area. Let me tell you I’ve had my Chrysler 200S for almost 9+ years and when I tell you what they did was far from amazing, it was a masterpiece! I tell you this now from Chicago to Houston tx SW MUFLLERS IS THE BEST ! DJ

I had a great experience with Southwest Muffler about three weeks ago. While waiting for my Auto AC to be recharged, they offered me free transportation home and back to pick up the vehicle. Most importantly, they provided me a good auto service at a reasonable price.
